CEO & Head of Fund Placement
Nina is Chief Executive Officer and founder of DC Placement Advisors. She also leads the European fund placement team and chairs the senior advisory group of DCPLA. Her exceptional infrastructure experience and excellent track record in the industry make her a pioneer of infrastructure capital raising on a global scale. Having spent over a decade in the industry working on capital raising projects for a variety of top tier funds, ranging from infrastructure equity and debt, renewable energy and other real assets to private equity funds, she has managed and successfully concluded some of the most cutting-edge pan-European fundraising campaigns for the prestigious clients of DCPLA.
Over her 25-year career at various global firms, she has held a variety of strategic leadership positions in marketing & sales and business development at i.e. Siemens AG and the Canadian Thomson group.
Nina is an acknowledged speaker at industry related conferences, roundtables and forums.

Terry McCredden has been the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on a number of leading pension funds in Australia, most notably CEO of UniSuper, which is the superannuation fund for Australia's higher
education and research sector and has assets of approximately USD 40 billion and a membership base of 450,000.
Prior to this, Terry was CEO of Telstra Super Pty Ltd (assets of USD 13 billion), from 1990 to 2008 and from 1984 to 1989, CEO of the Victoria's Electricity Industry Superannuation Fund (now known as Equip super) with assets of USD5 billion.
Terry is now a non-executive director on a number of boards, including Chairman, Infradebt, an Australian infrastructure debt investment boutique, Director UCA Fund management(USD 750 million), one of Australia's oldest ethical fund managers and Director on 3 Pension Boards within the National Australia Bank's, Wealth Business (USD 50 billion).
Alessandro V. Gancia
Alessandro is a Senior Advisor, responsible of managing key accounts in Italy and Italian speaking Switzerland
Alessandro has 23 years of experience in the financial services industry and is the managing partner of Alternative Advisory Partners S.A (AAP), which he founded in 2003. AAP is registered with FINMA (the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority) and specializes in raising capital for alternative investment funds. Prior to this, he worked as consultant of Roland Berger & Partners in Munich. From 1993 to 1996 Alessandro worked Alex. Brown & Sons Inc. a leading US investment bank as a financial consultant. From 1996 to 2001, he was hired as an institutional equity sales professional at Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ), a major US investment bank in New York and Geneva. Subsequent to the merger of DLJ and Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) he was hired by CSFB to cover institutional accounts in Switzerland. Alessandro served as director on the boards of Christian Dior S.A. (LVMH) and AON France.
Erich Tamm has held a variety of senior positions at Allianz, among others as a Director Reorganization at Allianz Deutschland AG responsible for all planning and implementation activities of restructuring process following the group’s strategic directive, and as Member of the board of director of sales and distribution at Allianz Austria where he was responsible for the development of all sales channels. Erich has also held the position of Head of Controlling for Property and Casualty Unit at Allianz Headquarter Munich.
Prior to his distinguished career at Allianz, he worked for the Deutsche Bank Lebensversicherungs AG where he successful built up the new life insurance company within Deutsche Bank Group. Earlier he worked for KPMG Consulting and Munich Re for various insurance related projects. In 2015 Erich joined DCPLA as an advisor, bringing in his extensive knowledge and vast experience in the insurance business. Erich holds a Master's degree in Economics and a second Master's degree in Mathematics & Physics, both from the Technical University of Munich (TUM).
Dietmar H. Bahr
Dietmar H. Bahr joined DCPLA as Senior Advisor in January 2016 where he is responsible of managing key accounts in the German-speaking DACH regions.
His distinguished career includes notable senior positions such as Managing Director at Credit Agricole Indosuez Asset Management (Amundi), in Frankfurt; Head SE Asia at Commerzbank Asset Management (CICM) in Singapore, Partner at Warburg AI in Zürich and Vice President/Head Investment Management at Dresdner Latinamerican Bank in Miami and Hamburg. Dietmar has clearly focused on advising top tier institutional investors, e.g. pension funds, insurance companies and family offices with regards to highly complex and innovative products and solutions, predominantly in the Alternative Investment space. His entrepeneurial and clear leadership skills were also manifested with his role as founding Board Member at Jung, DMS & Cie, today with 20.000 IFAs the largest IFA network in Europe.
In addition he served for a longstanding period as Board Member of the Bundesverband Alternative Investments (BAI) in Bonn, forming solid professional ties to supervisory agencies in Europa and to the relevant media. He is a respected book author, speaker at investment conferences and financial television, providing insights to both institutional as well as private investors. He holds a degree in Business Adminstration from the University of Applied Sciences, Kiel (Germany).
Managing Director & Head of Marketing
Eva is Managing Director and heads the investor communication services and marketing group. In her role at DCPLA she is responsible for building, developing and managing institutional investor relationships in Scandinavia, France and the Benelux countries. Charged with an extensive and broad experience in the software development industry of more than 16 years and a strong (technical) knowledge of cloud computing systems, she also services our clients in tailoring investor relations and market intelligence systems, which support them in all their fundraising activities and deal sourcing, lifecycle management, reporting efforts and beyond.
Prior to DCPLA, Eva served as Principal International Marketing and Business Development with zetcom AG in Switzerland, and worked with TRADOS Inc., the market leader for information management solutions for seven years as Director Global Marketing Operations. Early in her career, Eva was a Senior Product Manager for the R&D arm of the leading electronic publishing innovator, the US firm Quark Inc , launching their first client server technology product.

Verena is Vice President at DCPLA and mainly involved in the French-speaking markets as she has lived and worked for almost 18 years in Paris. Her main responsibilities include creating solid relationships with institutional investors in France, Belgium, Luxembourg and to further extend the Netherlands. Verena has over 15 years of international working experience in the insurance and financial services sector. Verena is a German citizen and holds a Master in Marketing and Sales from the Sorbonne University in Paris.
Prior to working with DCPLA, she has been working in Marketing, CRM and Sales during her 9 years within Allianz France, Allianz Global Corporate & Specialities (AGCS) in the US and for 4 years at Metlife (Ex-AIG Life) Paris in Digital Marketing and most recently as a relationship manager within Comparadise Group, a French insurance aggregator in Paris.
Metodi is an Associate at DCPLA and is actively engaged both in the advisory and sales operations. He is responsible for the review, evaluation and selection of alternative fund managers and their funds. In addition, Metodi is assisting the fund placement team in the non German-speaking regions of Europe, especially focussing on institutional investors in UK, Scandinavia and Netherlands.
In 2008 Metodi started his career at the corporate finance boutique firm Dohr Capital, supporting the teams corporate finance and advisory operations. Since 2010 Metodi has been working for DCPLA focusing on fund placement, advisory and market research.
Metodi earned a BA (Hons) degree in Business Management from the Edinburgh Napier University, Scotland, and a BA degree in International Business Administration from the Munich University of Applied Sciences. In addition, he is currently pursuing the CFA and CAIA charters.
Hui-Chi is involved in marketing distribution support at DCPLA, including maintaining and expanding DCPLA’s global investor database. In addition she focuses on research of specific aspects of alternative asset classes, including markets and strategies. Hui-Chi has two years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining DCPLA, she worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Taiwan as financial analyst in its corporate finance unit and as research assistant for Professor Anne Wu regarding the Accounting Research Journal.
Hui-Chi received a Bachelor degree in Accounting from the National Chengchi University in Taipei (Taiwan) and a MSc degree from the Lancaster University Management School in Lancaster (UK). Hui-Chi has passed CFA level I + II.
Angela has more than fourteen years of experience and joined DC Placement Advisors in 2008 as a sales associate. Angela is assisting the fund placement team in Germany, Austria, Liechtenstein and the German-speaking regions of Switzerland and Italy. As the relationship manager for our institutional investors, she is mainly responsible for establishing the relationships. Her relationship with clients is long-lasting and outstanding. Angela really enjoys bringing new investment opportunities to the investors attention and ideally taking it to the next stage. Knowing that investors time is very valuable, her goal is to make their relationship convenient and efficient.
Prior to DCPLA she held a number of sales positions in various business sectors.
Hila supports and maintains the entire lifecycle of the company´s global marketing communication efforts which spans from website administration, advertising campaigns to corporate branding, social media integration and press communication. Hila is also in charge of the company's representations at conferences, events and roundtables, conducts research on new and established venues and areas of business opportunities in line with the firms strategic objectives.
She maintains and administrates our international institutional investor related press database and is the first contact to journalists for related issues and inquiries. Prior to DCPLA, Hila worked as customer's advocate and e-Commerce coordinator for SMBs, who operated several successive online portals. Hila brings in her vast experience in online merchant, customers' experience and B2C/B2B methodologies, leveraging her knowledge and migrates it to the finance, investors and fundraising world. Hila holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the Open University in Israel.
Alejandra provides research support to the sales, business development and marketing teams, foremost in the Latin American and Spanish market. She also assists with preparing and developing marketing and advisory materials for our clients..
Prior to working with DCPLA she worked in the private equity and real estate sectors at mutares AG, Callista Private Equity and GLL Real Estate Partners. She gained experience in deal origination in the European markets, liaising with M&A boutiques and corporate finance advisers, especially in Spain and France. She was also involved in building financial models and assisting in due diligence. Alejandra has an international background and is multilingual. She earned a BSc degree in Business Management with a focus in Finance from the University of Zaragoza
Pedro works for the research & advisory department and provides also analytical support to our sales team.
Prior to DCPLA, Pedro has worked for Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank in London, UK, carrying out market monitoring and analytics, as well as modeling scenarios and impact assessments. Prior to that, he worked for Duff & Phelps Frankfurt, Germany and Citi Zurich, Switzerland, providing analytical services and research for their various departments.
In his early career, Pedro has also worked for UBS Zurich, Switzerland, providing back-office analysis reports and supporting tasks for a managing director and for the Central and Eastern European team.
Pedro holds a CEMS Master in International Management (double degree) from London and Warsaw Schools of Economics, as well as a Master of Science in General Management from Stockholm School of Economics, and a Bachelor’s Degree in
Psychology from the University of Coimbra (Portugal).
