Nina Dohr-Pawlowitz

Nina is the CEO and heads the fund placement team. She has extensive experience of fundraising, having spent over seven years in the industry working on a variety of funds ranging from private equity single funds, fund of funds, infrastructure, real estate to real assets where she has developed some of the most cutting-edge pan-European marketing campaigns for her clients.

In addition to fund placement and strategic marketing advice, Nina has a fifteen year experience in business development, product development, marketing & sales in the media and business consulting industries where she held a variety of leadership positions working for Siemens and the Canadian Thompson publishing group.

Nina is a best-selling marketing and sales related author and editor of reference books. She has written, among others, the first online community instructions book in the German-speaking market. Nina is a supporting member of BAI, the German Association of the Alternative Investment industry.

Hans-Peter Dohr

Hans-Peter is Managing Director and has more than twenty-five years of experience in the financial services industry and heads the advisory practice of DCPLA. He is responsible for fund selection and screening as well as assisting clients with documentation and investor due diligence during the fund placement process. Prior to co-founding DCPLA in 2008, Hans-Peter spent much of his time advising clients on mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings and leveraged investments as managing partner of Dohr Capital, a regional corporate finance advisory firm. He also has extensive experience in advisory regarding infrastructure projects as well as public and private financings.

Prior to founding Dohr Capital in 2000, Hans-Peter was a Partner and Executive Director at the London-based investment bank Fox-Pitt, Kelton, later a subisidiary of Swiss Re, where he was in charge of the corporate finance business in German-speaking countries and Central & Eastern Europe. Before that, he was Director German Corporate Finance at Salomon Brothers in London. In the early 1990's he headed the investment banking groups of Crédit Lyonnais Austria and Chase Manhattan Bank Austria. Hans-Peter started his career at FGG Finanzierungsgarantiegesellschaft, the Austrian state development bank.

During 1995 and 1996, Hans-Peter was Secretary in the office of the Austrian Finance Minister. As Secretary, Hans-Peter was advisor to the Minister of Finance on all aspects of privatisations and participations of the Republic of Austria in the industrial, infrastructure (telecom, energy & utilities, airline, airport and railway industries) and banking sectors. In addition he was responsible for the supervision of the insurance and pension fund industry as well as the state program to develop and grow the private equity & venture capital industry. During his career, Hans-Peter served on a number of supervisory boards and board of directors including Österreichische Industrie AG (the Austrian state holding company), Post und Telecom Investment
Company, Bank Austria Technology Ventures and most recently, Airport International and Power International, two stock-listed infrastructure funds.

Eva is Managing Diretor and heads the investor communication services group. Eva has more than sixteen years of experience in international marketing management of software technology companies. In her role at DCPLA she is responsible for building and maintaining institutional investor relationships in Scandinavia and the Benelux countries and the management and the organisation of the investor communications department. In addition to a strong product management experience in the software development industry, she has extensive experience building new markets and revenue streams for leading international companies. Eva has worked with customers, media, channel partners and technology vendors worldwide.

Prior to DCPLA, Eva served as Principal International Marketing and Business Development with zetcom AG, and worked with TRADOS Inc., the market leader for global information management solutions for seven years as Director Global Marketing Operations where she oversaw all worldwide marketing, including corporate communications, Creative Services, online marketing, events and direct marketing.

Early in her career, Eva was a Senior Product Manager for the R&D arm of market leading electronic publishing innovator Quark Inc launching their first client server technology product.

Angela Kropp

Angela has more than fourteen years of experience and joined DC Placement Advisors in 2008 as a sales associate. Angela is responsible for fund placements in Germany, Austria, Liechtenstein and the German-speaking regions of Switzerland and Italy. As the relationship manager for our institutional investors, she is mainly responsible for establishing the relationships. Her relationship with clients is long-lasting and outstanding. Angela really enjoys bringing new investment opportunities to the investors attention and ideally taking it to the next stage. Knowing that investors time is very valuable, her goal is to make their relationship convenient and efficient.

Prior to DCPLA she held a number of sales positions in various business sectors.  Angela speaks German and English.

Metodi Shopnikolov

Metodi is Relationship Manager & Anaylst at DCPLA. He started his professional experience at Dohr Capital in 2008 as a trainee, supporting the teams corporate finance operations. Since 2010 Metodi has been working as an analyst for DCPLA focusing on market research, fund raising and back-office support. Metodi is also responsible for fund placements in the non German-speaking regions of Switzerland and he is the main contact holder to family offices in all regions. In addition, Metodi is completing a Double Degree International Business Management and Administration program (BA and BA Hons) in Edinburgh Napier University and Munich University of Applied Sciences and is also pursuing the CFA charter.

Serge Bollag

Born in New York City and raised in Lugano, Serge is currently pursuing a Bachelor in Business Administration degree at IE Business School in Spain with a concentration in finance. He has held internships in a media conglomerate, the trading Room department of an international Swiss Private Bank etc.. His vision is to leverage his cross-cultural experience and knowledge in the alternative investment placement industry with a German market leading firm in the financial sector. Serge is assisting in all areas of our business, especially in research and analysis.
