CEO & Head of Fund Placement
Nina is the CEO and heads the fund placement team. She has extensive experience of fundraising, having spent over ten years in the industry working on a variety of funds ranging from private equity single funds, fund of funds, infrastructure, real estate to real assets where she has developed some of the most cutting-edge pan-European marketing campaigns for her clients.
In addition to fund placement and strategic marketing advice, Nina has a fifteen year experience in business development, product development, marketing & sales in the media and business consulting industries where she held a variety of leadership positions working for Siemens and the Canadian Thompson publishing group.
Nina is a best-selling marketing and sales related author and editor of reference books. She has written, among others, the first online community instructions book in the German-speaking market. Nina is a supporting member of BAI, the German Association of the Alternative Investment industry.

Terry McCredden has been the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on a number of leading pension funds in Australia, most notably CEO of UniSuper, which is the superannuation fund for Australia's higher
education and research sector and has assets of approximately USD 40 billion and a membership base of 450,000.
Prior to this, Terry was CEO of Telstra Super Pty Ltd (assets of USD 13 billion), from 1990 to 2008 and from 1984 to 1989, CEO of the Victoria's Electricity Industry Superannuation Fund (now known as Equip super) with assets of USD5 billion.
Terry is now a non-executive director on a number of boards, including Chairman, Infradebt, an Australian infrastructure debt investment boutique, Director UCA Fund management(USD 750 million), one of Australia's oldest ethical fund managers and Director on 3 Pension Boards within the National Australia Bank's, Wealth Business (USD 50 billion).

Alessandro is Managing Director and member of the board of directors at DC Placement Advisors AG in Switzerland, based in Lugano. In his role he is responsible of managing distinctive investor relationships in primarily the Italian-speaking part of Switzerland and Northern Italy.
Alessandro has more than 26 years of experience in the financial services industry and serves also as the Chief Executive Officer of AAP, SA which he founded in 2003. AAP is registered with FINMA (the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority) and specializes in raising capital for alternative investment funds with a focus on private equity and real assets. Prior to this, Alessandro served as consultant of Roland Berger & Partners in Munich. Mr. Gancia joined the investment bank Alex. Brown & Sons Inc. in United States and served as financial consultant from 1993 to 1996. From 1996 to 2001, Mr. Gancia was an investment banker for institutional clients at Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette International Inc. in New York and Geneva, and at Crédit Suisse First Boston in Geneva. He served as Director of Christian Dior SA since May 11, 2006 until May 30, 2011.
Managing Director & Head of Advisory
Hans-Peter is Managing Director and has more than twenty-five years of experience in the financial services industry and heads the advisory practice of DCPLA. He is responsible for fund selection and screening as well as assisting clients with documentation and investor due diligence during the fund placement process. Prior to co-founding DCPLA in 2008, Hans-Peter spent much of his time advising clients on mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings and leveraged investments as managing partner of Dohr Capital, a regional corporate finance advisory firm. He also has extensive experience in advisory regarding infrastructure projects as well as public and private financings.
Prior to founding Dohr Capital in 2000, Hans-Peter was a Partner and Executive Director at the London-based investment bank Fox-Pitt, Kelton, later a subisidiary of Swiss Re, where he was in charge of the corporate finance business in German-speaking countries and Central & Eastern Europe. Before that, he was Director German Corporate Finance at Salomon Brothers in London. In the early 1990's he headed the investment banking groups of Crédit Lyonnais Austria and Chase Manhattan Bank Austria. Hans-Peter started his career at FGG Finanzierungsgarantiegesellschaft, the Austrian state development bank.
During 1995 and 1996, Hans-Peter was Secretary in the office of the Austrian Finance Minister. As Secretary, Hans-Peter was advisor to the Minister of Finance on all
aspects of privatisations and participations of the Republic of Austria in the industrial, infrastructure (telecom, energy & utilities, airline, airport and railway industries) and banking
sectors. In addition he was responsible for the supervision of the insurance and pension fund industry as well as the state program to develop and grow the private equity & venture capital
industry. During his career, Hans-Peter served on a number of supervisory boards and board of directors including Österreichische Industrie AG (the Austrian state holding company), Post und Telecom
Company, Bank Austria Technology Ventures and most recently, Airport International and Power International, two stock-listed infrastructure funds.

Managing Director & Head of Investor Communications
Eva is Managing Director and heads the investor communication services group. In her role at DCPLA she is responsible for building, developing and managing institutional investor relationships in Scandinavia, France and the Benelux countries. Charged with an extensive and broad experience in the software development industry of more than 16 years and a strong (technical) knowledge of cloud computing systems, she also services our clients in tailoring investor relations and market intelligence systems, which support them in all their fundraising activities and deal sourcing, lifecycle management, reporting efforts and beyond.
Prior to DCPLA, Eva served as Principal International Marketing and Business Development with zetcom AG in Switzerland, and worked with TRADOS Inc., the market leader for information management solutions for seven years as Director Global Marketing Operations. Early in her career, Eva was a Senior Product Manager for the R&D arm of the leading electronic publishing innovator, the US firm Quark Inc , launching their first client server technology product.

Verena is Vice President at DCPLA and mainly involved in the French-speaking markets as she has lived and worked for almost 18 years in Paris. Her main responsibilities include creating solid relationships with institutional investors in France, Belgium, Luxembourg and to further extend the Netherlands. Verena has over 15 years of international working experience in the insurance and financial services sector. Verena is a German citizen and holds a Master in Marketing and Sales from the Sorbonne University in Paris.
Prior to working with DCPLA, she has been working in Marketing, CRM and Sales during her 9 years within Allianz France, Allianz Global Corporate & Specialities (AGCS) in the US and for 4 years at Metlife (Ex-AIG Life) Paris in Digital Marketing and most recently as a relationship manager within Comparadise Group, a French insurance aggregator in Paris.
Metodi is an Associate at DCPLA and is actively engaged both in the advisory and sales operations. He is responsible for the review, evaluation and selection of alternative fund managers and their funds. In addition, Metodi is assisting the fund placement team in the non German-speaking regions of Europe, especially focussing on institutional investors in UK, Scandinavia and Netherlands.
In 2008 Metodi started his career at the corporate finance boutique firm Dohr Capital, supporting the teams corporate finance and advisory operations. Since 2010 Metodi has been working for DCPLA focusing on fund placement, advisory and market research.
Metodi earned a BA (Hons) degree in Business Management from the Edinburgh Napier University, Scotland, and a BA degree in International Business Administration from the Munich University of Applied Sciences. In addition, he is currently pursuing the CFA and CAIA charters.
Hui-Chi is involved in marketing distribution support at DCPLA, including maintaining and expanding DCPLA’s global investor database. In addition she focuses on research of specific aspects of alternative asset classes, including markets and strategies. Hui-Chis has two years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining DCPLA, she worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Taiwan as financial analyst in its corporate finance unit and as research assistant for Professor Anne Wu regarding the Accounting Research Journal.
Hui-Chi received a Bachelor degree in Accounting from the National Chengchi University in Taipeh (Taiwan) and a MSc degree from the Lancaster University Management School in Lancaster (UK). Hui-Chi is a CFA I + II Charterholder.
Angela has more than fourteen years of experience and joined DC Placement Advisors in 2008 as a sales associate. Angela is assisting the fund placement team in Germany, Austria, Liechtenstein and the German-speaking regions of Switzerland and Italy. As the relationship manager for our institutional investors, she is mainly responsible for establishing the relationships. Her relationship with clients is long-lasting and outstanding. Angela really enjoys bringing new investment opportunities to the investors attention and ideally taking it to the next stage. Knowing that investors time is very valuable, her goal is to make their relationship convenient and efficient.
Prior to DCPLA she held a number of sales positions in various business sectors. Angela speaks German and English.
Maziar provides analytical support to DCPLA’s advisory unit. He assists with identifying and evaluating alternative investment managers as well as due diligence activities relating to prospective mandates. In addition Maziar is involved in various aspects of the fundraising process of DCPLA, including preparing marketing materials, working on due diligence questionnaires and other fund documentation.
Maziar received a B.Sc. Honours in E-Commerce from Multimedia University Cyberjaya (Malaysia) and a M.A. in International Business and Intercultural Management from Heilbronn University (Germany).
