DC Placement Advisors acts in accordance with the “Placement Agents Supplementary Code of Conduct”.
This Code has been produced by InvestEurope in acknowledgement of the importance of the role of the placement agent in successful capital raising for private equity and venture capital firms. It seeks to reflect the bona fides and professional rigour which member firm placement agents undertake at present and are expected to continue to bring to their work in support of their clients in the industry.

DC Placement holds licences under the German Banking Act for investment broking, which is the German equivalent of the MiFID II service receipt and transmission of orders, and investment advice. As an EU investment firm, DC Placement has access to the European passport regime under MiFID II (freedom to provide cross-border services within the European Economic Area).
